Frederick Flockanugain

Frederick Flockanugain, a middle aged fire hydrant, born to save lives and to hold the symbol of every dog's toilet.
He is currently living alone on the streets of Newberg, awaiting a disastrous fire, that he'll kindly and effortlessly help put out.  When fire hydrants are made they soon learn to fend for themselves and they become as any parent would want, an independent young hydrant.  Frederick, like most other hydrants, had been placed away from his family at a young age. His family is scattered among the state of Oregon, Frederick's mom and dad reside in Arlington and his frightened sister is hunkered down in an alley way of  north Portland.
Frederick is presently another unemployed statistic until his time comes to help assist the fire department in the hopes of smothering an out of control fire.  To pass time he practices his wombat impersonation.  He can mew like a wombat, walk like a wombat, and even even eat like a wombat.  Frederick has surprisingly fooled many critters before, causing a rising fury in the wombat clan.
Each sundown, on the first day of every month Frederick turns into a legend.  A lost story that everyone believes is "just a myth."  But what no one understands is that Frederick keeps this "myth" alive.  He transforms into something people have been fretting about for legacies. Once the sun falls Frederick's knobs and metal body structure refine into a secret tale known throughout Oregon.  He is reformed into a water glass!  But now that you know the truth behind it...I'm going to have to *insert threat here*...Frederick wouldn't want you to know.
